How to create more happiness and peace in our life and in the world?

Many people believe that achieving greater happiness or fulfillment requires numerous factors, but this is far from being thrue. While the path of consciousness and inner peace may not be easy, it is, in essence, simple. By practicing these tools, you can cultivate deep happiness requiring all the external thing we've been taught we need.
Think of these as "keys to increase consciousness and happiness". By consistently applying and practicing these principles, you can nurture a life marked by peace and happiness, reduce anxiety, and even solve issues you may have previously deemed "impossible."
More importantly, these practices can help alleviate stress, diminish anger, and lessen resentment and frustration. They offer a gateway to a life that is more relaxed, grounded, and peaceful—a life that feels truly fullfilled.

1. Be Gratefull

Accepting and appreciating the present with all its emotions is essential on the journey to happiness. Gratitude, though simple, holds immense power, focusing our attention on life's positives and attracting more of the same. By regularly expressing gratitude, even for the most simple things aligns ourselves with a frequency that fosters more possitive things. Practicing daily gratitude, whether by listing five things you're thankful for each morning and night or by repeating "thank you" throughout the day, can bring transformative change. This mindful focus on the good—family, a warm shower, a comfortable bed—enhances well-being, encouraging appreciation not only for others but also for yourself.

 

2. Embrace Mindfulness

Embracing mindfulness or meditation means consciously slowing down, taking a pause from the fast pace of life, and giving ourselves permission to be fully present. Practicing mindfulness can be as simple as stopping to take a few deep, intentional breaths, allowing ourselves to reset and feel grounded in the moment. These pauses throughout the day help break cycles of stress, bringing attention back to the “here and now” rather than racing toward future worries or past regrets. Regular meditation can also deepen this awareness, enhancing our ability to manage emotions and regulate responses to stress. Even brief moments of stillness each day allow us to cultivate a sense of calm, clarity, and resilience, ultimately creating more space for happiness and self-compassion.

3. Share and give

Most people tend to focus solely on their own benefit, assuming that helping others come at a personal cost or is only worthwhile if it serves them. Shifting this mindset—letting go of material attachment and embracing selfless support—can lead to a profound sense of fulfillment that few things in life provide. Small actions like offering a smile or a few minutes to help can transform someone's day and enrich our own. In the workplace, helping others grow contributes not only to their success but to the success of the entire organization, including our own. Acts of kindness, like volunteering or helping others, increase feelings of fulfillment and purpose. Ultimately, by giving, we receive far more than we might expect.
